Studying Geography at FAU

  Hello everyone! I study Geography and it is a very beautiful career, it has everything you need for your personal and academic training, from numbers to the social area and everything put into practice through the experience that means the field trips, where you can see and work in practice what you studied in theory. As for the career program, it is quite complete as I said before, it presents the study of various areas that complement the development of the professional. Perhaps if I had to modify something of this it would be that in the more scientific areas there is a certain correlation from one to the next, but that does not happen at the level of social or human geography, in that sense, a greater correlation could mean greater ease when choosing an area to work in. I would structure a less burdensome workload that encourages camaraderie and mutual support rather than competition. The future World

 The future scares me a lot, mainly because of the speed at which nature and the agents that are elemental to life on earth have been destroyed. It scares me to think that capitalism will not come to an end and end up destroying itself; it scares me that its predatory advance will deepen and end up destroying even the smallest form of life on earth. In spite of everything, I have confidence in the capacity of human beings and nature to resist adversity and if I had to think of a futuristic world, I imagine a natural scenario as it was originally on this planet.  Where the waters can run free without human intervention, from the mountains to the sea. Where animals can peacefully inhabit their natural environments, without being destroyed by humans. A world where humans have learned to live in harmony with nature, to build in a sustainable way, to think of the city in a more natural way, with less pavement and without buildings.
